For whom is reflexology suitable and for whom not?

It is suitable for all people, regardless of age.

This form of therapy is limited or unsuitable in rare cases, such as:
High-fever and infectious diseases (especially in children, old and weakened people).
Locally diseased or inflamed tissue (such as Sudeck’s disease, gangrene, extensive eczema or mycoses on feet, legs or other reflex zones to be treated).
In cases of deep vein thrombosis (affected part of the body, up to six months after the event) and localised or generalised inflammation in the venous or lymphatic system.
Medical or surgical emergencies
Known aneurysms
Additional contraindications during and after pregnancy: placenta praevia, pre- or postpartum bleeding.
